Jeff Weinberger joined Gruppo, Levey & Co. in 2006 and focuses primarily on the marketing services, multi-channel retail and Internet/media industries. Mr. Weinberger is also a member of GLC's technology practice group, which arranges financing and provides M&A advisory services to early stage technology companies. Mr. Weinberger has ten years of investment banking experience, executing numerous transactions and providing strategic advice to clients throughout all phases of buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition engagements and private placement assignments.

Prior to joining GLC, Mr. Weinberger served as a Vice President at Greenwich Technology Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in M&A in the technology industry. Previously, Mr. Weinberger worked at SoundView Technology Group, a technology-focused investment bank, where he focused on M&A, public equity offerings and private placements in the communications equipment and software industries. He also was previously employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where he analyzed mergers and acquisitions in the banking industry.

Mr. Weinberger received a B.A. in English from Yale University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
